Victoria Justice enjoyed a night out in Venice Beach on Saturday.  The 28-year-old actress served up a cool-girl chic look while attending the exclusive opening of Belles Beach House in LA's trendy seaside neighborhood.  Justice rocked a pair of faux leather black-and-white color block pants and a pair of chunky open-toe black heels for the event in Southern California.
