Netflix has a huge hit on its hands with Wednesday, which dethroned Stranger Things for the largest debut week in the streaming service's history, with one of the stars opening up about her preparations.

The 20-year-old actress plays Enid Sinclair in the hit series, the roommate of Jenna Ortega's title character at Nevermore Academy, who is also a werewolf.

The Florida native made her talk show debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, where she explained how she had to go to 'werewolf boot camp' to prepare to play Enid.

'I've never done so much parkour in my life. It was me running on the floor on all fours, jumping over things,' she said.

'We had these stunt guys pretending to be sheep, and we would crawl around them in a circle.  She joked, 'I think anybody who was walking past was like, "What is going on in there?!"'

Wednesday is based on the beloved character from The Addams Family, which was created back in 1938 with the comic strips by Charles Addams, which was adapted into later TV shows and films.

When asked if she knew much about the history of The Addams Family, Myers revealed she had, 'watched the 90s movies growing up.'

'But I didn't know it was like a TV show and there's a comic and everything, I had no idea,' Myers admitted.

'So then when I got the role, I kinda dove into it and I love it. It's so fun,' Myers said, though she added that she would not have made a good Wednesday Addams.
