Chloe Grace Moretz was spotted out and about in Los Angeles for the first time since she made a revelation about suffering from body dysmorphia.The Carrie actress, dressed in light wash jeans that she teamed with a black crop top and plaid shirt.

Over the last couple of years Chloe had retreated from public spaces to avoid being photographed, after viral tweets comparing her to a cartoon went viral.

Moretz flashed a bit of her flat, toned tummy in her effortlessly cool look, which was punctuated with black, blue, and white Nike sneakers. 

She wore dainty, delicate earrings and tucked her keys in the pocket of her jeans while carrying a large black thermos.
