Dua lipa buys back rights to her songs from tap music punlishing
The publishing division of TaP confirmed that it sold the rights back to the artist in a short statement, saying: “We wish Dua all the best for the future.”
Anna Neville, co-President of TaP Music, added: “This is an exciting time for our publishing company.
we are expanding our services and teams globally and continue to add talented writers and artists to our already stellar roster.
The news arrives just under two years after Dua Lipa split with Tap Management after working together for more than eight years.
Grammy-winning Dua Lipa severed ties with TaP in early 2022 after being with the firm for over eight years.
She signed with the London-based company in 2013 when she was reportedly working at a cocktail bar.

Dua Lipa’s father, Dukagjin Lipa, has managed the artist since then.
