However, the Black Swan star's attire was toned down with a sheer panel committed to concealing her modesty from being exposed by the gap which reached right down to her waist.

But it wasn't the front of the dress that was causing any concern for the actress.Rather the pleated A-line skirt, which she desperately tried to hold down at the back.

Nonetheless, the black satin dress looked sensational on the petite star, who possesses stunning features thanks to her Ukrainian background.

The actress gave a pop of colour with her footwear, slipping on a pair of emerald and black lace stilettos.

Mila went for a natural straight style with her hair, and her eyes stood out made-up in a smoky style.
